Resident Camp Director
Camp Jorn YMCA, Manitowish Waters, WI
Camp Jorn YMCA is seeking a full time Resident Camp Director. This person will be responsible for the preparation and day to day operation of summer camp. Two primary thrusts exist – one, is camper recruitment and the second is the actual operation and supervision of all resident camp programs. This person will focus on the highest quality program delivery possible through charismatic leadership, staff development, and dynamic programming. Other components include working with board committees to implement special events, marketing plans, and year around program implementation. This position requires a split living situation whereby approximately 3 months will be spent on site in Manitowish Waters and the remaining time will be spent in the Camp Services Office in Lake County, IL.
