ABOUT THE WEBINAR
This webinar will share learnings from a research study about how to make camp a place of welcome, safety, inclusion and celebration for queer-identifying youth. We partnered with a small church-affiliated camp, in a rural conservative region, in order to explore the innovative ways they have grown and maintained their culture.
WEBINAR DETAILS
This webinar will reflect on how this camp has implemented a number of practical strategies, developed an inclusive and celebratory culture for all participants, and conceptualise a queer welcoming culture while not being an exclusively queer serving camp.
