DFI Title XX Camping Services Program
The DFI Title XX Camping Services Program is deeply rooted in disrupting poverty and seeks to provide Illinois children and adults access to summer camp experiences. As the largest federally and state funded camper program in the nation, we have delivered camp experiences to over 250,000+ clients in the past 50+ years.
Campers are young people ages 5-17 or adults with specific needs who are clients of the Illinois Department of Human Services. Through a matching funds program with a pre-selected group of camps that have met the criteria, ACA Illinois provides access to services and families each summer, and throughout the academic year during holiday break camps.

For Families Interested in Sending Their Child to Camp
Families who receive TANF, SNAP, or Medicaid from the Illinois Department of Human Services are welcome to contact us in the springtime to find a camp for their child or an adult in their care.*
*Due to the limitations of funding and camps available, we may not be able to match your family to a camp but we will try our hardest!
