WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
It doesn’t matter if you are in a finance role or not, finance is a critical, executive skill for all camp pros. Tackling how to approach conversations, offer input, and be seen as a valued voice on your organization’s financial matters requires knowledge that goes beyond managing a seasonal budget.
Gain new vocabulary and understanding related to agency financials and documents that will allow you to engage in these essential, but often challenging areas of nonprofit management. We’ll cover:
How to read and understand agency documents and reports;
How to listen for and ask the right questions around higher level agency financials;
Discover what is actually important to know related to your agency’s finances and how you find that information; and
So much more!
